Symbiotic Drift is an artist-led exhibition with more than thirty participating artists working internationally. The project examines how artists operate within environments shaped by forces that exceed individual control.
The works present slight departures from the familiar: subtle distortions or unusual inflections that alter how meaning forms. These signals invite viewers to stay with uncertainty and to notice details that surface only through prolonged looking.
Across painting, video, installation, sculpture, and digital media, the exhibition gathers artworks shaped by attention to environments where change is constant. Symbiotic Drift moves through zones guided by the internal logic of the works and the atmosphere they form together.
The project acknowledges inspiration from Špela Petrič’s Confronting Vegetal Otherness: Phytoteratology, which informs its approach to entanglement.
